The final quarter of 2020 saw some interesting trends for the top sports games on the iOS platform in the United States. Data from Sensor Tower provides a closer look at the performance of these games in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Electronic Arts' Madden NFL 24 Mobile Football experienced a peak in revenue during the week of December 21st, reaching nearly $900K, with a noticeable uptick in downloads to around 156K that same week. The weekly active users also saw a high point of approximately 689K in the same period.

For Miniclip.com's 8 Ball Pool™, the revenue trended upwards, closing the quarter with about $590K in the last week of December. Downloads for the game surged to over 159K in the final week, while active users reached a high of over 1.7M in the last two reported weeks.
